Practice Financial Review Session

  • Your personalized one-on-one mentoring session will be with a veterinary-specific experienced financial advisor who will review your practice financial statements and production data, and share with you enhanced insight and guidance towards increased practice profitability as well as answer your specific questions. This session will help you determine where to concentrate your efforts for the most benefit.

Personalized DISC Assessment and Review

  • Your personalized one-on-one mentoring session will bring you greater self-awareness and enhance your communication and management skills based on what you learn about DISC Behaviors and yourself. Emerge with a self-understanding that is truly life changing.

Personal Strategic Planning Session

  • Utilizing the information from your Practice Financial Review Session and Personalized DISC Assessment and Review, work with your mentor to develop a personal strategic plan with action steps and a timeline to achieve your goals.

Monthly Group Mentoring and Accountability Calls

  • Participate in our monthly group mentoring calls to learn impactful personal growth, leadership or practice management tips, check-in with fellow Profitable Practice Mentoring Program Members and have the opportunity to connect, ask questions and discuss best practices.

Quarterly Educational, Informational and Inspirational Group Webinars

  • Join our webinars to learn the latest about marketing, income taxes, human resources, key performance indicators, benchmarking and much more, including guest industry speakers who will discuss what’s happening in the profession.

Group Facebook Page for Members Only

  • You will be invited to connect, share and support on your own personal Facebook Group page where you can ask, answer and share with fellow members.

Annual Retreat for Members Only

  • Our retreat will include quality education, one-on-one mentoring time with your mentor, and just as importantly, time to meet, mingle and share with fellow members. Develop relationships that will last a lifetime!

One-On-One Mentoring and Accountability Calls

  • Personal mentoring with Camala C. Bailey, CPA, CVA. Work with Camala to tap into her knowledge, resources and personal ambition to help veterinarians achieve their dreams.  (Additional fee applies, call for details)
